Reservation, Rental, and Cancellation Policies

Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests and yet prevent the loss of vital income to our business. Our location is such that we do not have a large volume of traffic past our facilities, thus we depend on advance reservations. Once we reserve your cabin, RV site, or boat for you, we remove it from the market refusing all other requests.

All reservations to be paid in full on the day the reservation is made by credit card or cash. Three night minimum on all holiday weekends for cabins and RV sites.

If you cancel a cabin reservation, rv site reservation, or a boat reservation we will refund your money less a $25.00 cancellation if you cancel at least 5 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel less than 5 days prior, an ADDITIONAL $15.00 will be charged. Or we will happily reschedule you for another time.

For Boat Refunds, please keep in mind that refunds are NOT given due to inclement weather, however we will reschedule. Early returns will NOT result in a refund.

Daily boat rental is anytime after 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Daily rental is anytime from 30 minutes after opening to end of day during all other months.

Late returns will be charged $1.00 per minute. All boats start full of gas and oil. Upon return, it is refilled and you are charged for what is used. 

All renters must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and credit card. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1986, and of legal age to operate a motorboat, must have successfully completed an approved Boating Education Course and carry proof while operating a motorboat on Arkansas water.
