Reservation, Rental, and Cancellation Policies

    Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests and yet prevent the loss of vital income to our business. Our location is such that we do not have a large volume of traffic past our facilities, thus we depend on reservations. Once we reserve your cabin, RV site, or boat for you we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests. All reservations to be paid in full on day reservation is made by credit card or cash. Three night minimum on all holiday weekends.

    If you cancel a cabin reservation, we will refund your money less a $20.00 per night per cabin cancellation fee. Reservations may qualify for refunds if ALL cancelled days are filled with another guest or we will happily reschedule for another time. In case of emergency early departure, refunds may be given if unused days are filled.

    If you cancel a RV site reservation, we will refund your money less a $7.00 per night per RV site fee. Reservations may qualify for refunds if ALL cancelled days are filled with another guest or we will happily reschedule for another time.

    Daily boat rental is anytime after 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. All rental boats and equipment must be returned by 6:00pm. Late returns will be charged $1.00 per minute. All boats start full of gas. When boat is returned, it is refilled and you are charged for what is used. Refunds are not given due to inclement weather, however we will reschedule. Early returns do not result in a refund.

    Our area is dry, beer and liquor can not be purchased locally. You may want to plan accordingly.

    We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone.
